What noise is synonymous with topwater?.... PLOP PLOP PLOP...BOOM
 
When you think topwater, you probably think of the explosive plopper blowups from aggressive predators. This plopper in particular mimicks the River2 Sea style and has a very similar loud PLOP that triggers fish.
 
The best part about a plopper is that it floats. Which means you can pause in front of cover to give that fish extra time to smoke it! Otherwise you can straight reel it in and get plenty of bites too.
 
Best used parallel with cover such as weedlines, dropoffs or laydowns. Don't  be afraid to run it over the TOP of that cover as well.
