If you ice fish at all, this bait needs to be in your tackle box. 
 
The flutter as it falls in front of their face is too tantalizing for fish to resist. Hop it near the bottom or rip it and let it fall to get the most committed bites.
 
Optimal for walleyes, it can still be seen in a bass or panfish mouth as well.
